Recipe-rama!

Hello, readers! I'm starting one of the last days of the school-year!
I'm ready to have at the school-work, and I had a refreshing smoothie, too!
I have some recipes, for those who want a healthy, tasty, energy-packed
kick-start to your day!

Polynesian Power-punch
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup guava nectar
1/2 cup strawberry sorbet
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, frozen
1 cup diced fresh pineapple, frozen
Combine coconut milk, guava nectar, and sorbet in blender.
Add strawberries and pineapple. Blend until smooth.

Smoothie A La King
3/4 cup nonfat milk
3/4 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 fresh bananas, frozen
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Nectarine Nelly
1 1/4 cups OJ (orange juice)
2 cups diced nectarine mango, frozen
1 cup diced fresh mango, frozen
Place juice in blender. Add fruit. Blend until smooth.

Big Bold Banana
3/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
4 fresh bananas, frozen
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon carob powder
Combine soy milk and tofu in blender. Add bananas, honey,
vanilla extract, and carob powder. Blend until smooth.

Banana Shake
1 fresh banana, frozen
juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon clear honey
1/2 pint full-fat milk
8 ice cubes
pinch of cinnamon
Combine banana, OJ, honey, and milk.
Blend until smooth. Divide ice evenly between glasses
(unless you are only having one serving (all smoothies on here serve 2.))
pour drink, and add cinnamon.
