Me Money Colection

Hey There. I don't know if I've told you this, but I have a foreign currency
(money from other nations) collection. It has money from around 60 countries.
Impressive, I know, but I'm not going to brag...now. In fact, some of it isn't
even "legal tender" such as France's Franks, Italy's Lira, Etc. Those old European
currencies are no longer valid, nor are they worth anything (they might fetch a
few cents from collectors.) and have now been replaced by the Euro. Even cooler
is the USSR's also worthless (not to collectors.) ruble. Not rubble, The ruble was used by the USSR until it broke up. Now Russia uses the new Russian ruble.
I have some of both era (and nation) of the ruble. Also, I've obtained
some Iraqi currency. Some of the earlier money has Saddam Hussein (is that how
you spell it?) on it. But since he was Hanged by the Iraqis, And the end of his
regime, and the new Iraqi government, there are no more Saddams on their
bills. But the coolest pieces of my collection are not the square coins of Aruba,
nor the American Indian Head pennies or the Silver Certificates, and not the
ancient Roman coins, either. I'd say the best part of my collection is the
ancient Chinese coins. they aren't shaped like coins, and they belong in a museum. They are most likely 1100 or so years old and I have three. one is shaped like a key, another shaped like some kind of a knife, the last one doesn't
appear to mimic the shape of anything. I do know my money well enough,
but I'm no curator. I'm not old enough to have any job...

Pics coming soon, I hope. Amazingly, I get most of this stuff from other peeps
who travel to these places! Thanks for reading, and check back tomorrow!-G
